I'm only 32

but I think I drive like I'm 90, or drunk. At least at night. Something is happening, and I'm noticing my night driving sucks. I've been to the eye doctor and was told everything is fine.

I think it's just all those pretty lights. They're so distracting, and those white lines on the ground are hard to stay in. I even have both hands on the steering wheel, but I find myself veering off toward various pretty lights. Do I have ADD and don't know it? Because I really lose my focus at night. Traffic lights, street lights, strip mall signs, taillights, headlights, they are all more interesting than paying attention to what I'm doing.

Or it could be that I really just can't see. My windshield is filthy and I haven't washed the car in oh, two years or so. Seems like an unnecessary expense when it's parked outside and gets rinsed with rain water a couple hundred days a year. I should try squirting some soap on there before the next big rain storm. I'll bet the HOA would really enjoy that. I hate the disgusting gas station window-washing water too, so only use that in desperate situations, like after it's snowed or something and all the muck gathers up at the sides where the windshield wipers don't reach. But really, nine times out of ten the snow is followed by hard rain that washes that away too.

So either I have ADD, need glasses, or need to spend ten bucks on a carwash sometime soon.
