I worked from home yesterday, so even though I was working, it felt a bit like the weekend started early.
Went to dinner at Spaghetti Factory for Kappa sister Jen's birthday--mizithra and marinara pasta--yum!
Miraculously was on a team that won trivial pursuit (my biggest contribution was rolling the dice and moving our lava lamp marker, but still, I can't remember the last time I even lasted at a game until there was a winner, much less being on the winning team)
Got our wedding pictures in the mail, just about a month after the big day, so got to relive the whole thing!
Saw the tulips. Well, only stopped at daffodils, but saw lots of tulips from the car.
Found something I would never eat:
Yep, that's a jar of pickled prunes, horrifying on all levels.And something I definitely would eat:
Went to beach and soaked up some sun.
Had bruschetta and spinach dip for dinner.
Best part, it's still only Saturday night!
